Tomani Ditches Gospel Ministry For Secular Industry

Thomas Warriire Kimani famed for the artiste name Tomani is a Kenyan musician cum ghost writer who has had numerous hit songs up his sleeves since 2012. Born in Dandora Phase 2 and raised in Kajiado is one hardworking young talented kenyan who idols R Kelly, Usher, Neyo, John Legend and Modecai h_art the band .

He would few years later join the gospel fraternity in 2016 after which 2018 would be the year to drop his first project Upo, worship to be precise.

Tomani, the Afro-soul and one drop reggae specialised musician then met the most controversial tongues quenching for his skin after he decided to drop a secular collaboration with Coast celebrated singer Sudi Boy, dubbed Gonga. Come to think of a secular Dj and a Muslim in a gospel song .

In 2019 also together with Nairobi’s top Genge rap group Kansoul composed of Mejja, Madraxx and Kidkora, the five including Sudi Boy would team up to do the hitsong Mapigo.

Tomani is said to have a range of unbelievable network which he has earned in a short span of time, reason behind his many collaborations on the way and not leaving behind a chain of solo projects.

Lets wish him well as he gets to dust his feel off Gospel. However as we all know, whether Gospel or secular, talent still comes from God.
